At Karl Kani, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
